iOSstudy is an online education product operated by Vela Labs (the "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the website, the program, and the AI tutor.
You need an account to access the free tier and any purchase. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Build ($99) and Ship ($199) are one-time payments granting a personal, non-transferable license to the program content for as long as iOSstudy operates. Program content access does not expire with any membership.
The AI Tutor is a subscription ($59/month or $499/year) that powers the AI teacher in the app. The free plan includes a monthly allowance of conversations without a subscription. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling never removes your courses, projects, or progress history.
One-time purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee — email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly membership charges are not refunded once a billing period starts, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
The AI tutor generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important decisions independently. The program teaches skills and process. We do not guarantee App Store approval, revenue, income, or any specific business outcome — results depend on your idea, effort, and market.
Conversation allowances are stated on each plan and reset monthly on the 1st. Allowances are per-person; sharing accounts, scraping, or automated use of the tutor is not permitted.
You own the apps and code you create in the program. Course materials are ours (or our licensors'); you may not redistribute, resell, or publish them.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to disrupt the platform, no harassment in the community.
We may update these Terms with notice; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these Terms.
